For those of you wondering, I am still alive, but until very recently was unable to find a cheap, convenient internet solution. But I have: the library, which has free access with a €7 membership fee. This means that you’ll soon be hearing from me much more frequently, spelling errors and all. Yes!
The other important thing to note before I flit away is that I will not, as things stand now, be writing for the Daily this quarter. I encourage concerned parties to organize a protest outside the paper’s headquarters. The actual cause is that I was supposed to turn a column in three days ago, but hadn’t worked out the internet thing yet – the idea of paying my hard-earned money for the privilege of writing for the school paper, when I wasn’t going to be around to read it and gloat over my inclusion, made me feel all crawly. Maybe later in the quarter.
We’ll speak again real soon, I promise.
